Bird in Hand Private Cellar Door
Bird in Hand in the Adelaide Hills is a sustainable winemaking label using low intervention methods to produce award-winning wine and provide high-end user experiences.
Local interiors practice Enoki Design were engaged to create a private cellar door and boutique accommodation for ‘Flight Club’ members to overnight on the property.
The site is a 100-year-old former dairy building, redesigned to house a boutique members-only hub for wine, produce, art and accommodation.

Enoki designed a simple and restrained space layered with enchanting natural materials. In the tasting room, golden timber panels stretch across the ceiling, while cool limestone tiles, steel framed windows and a charcoal bar unit provide texture contrast.
Artisan Neva Light Bar Stools were specified, creating organic, elegant lines in a palette of oak timber and black leather.
“The Bird in Hand team is incredibly grounded in their sense of place, nurturing their surrounding natural environment.”
Enoki Design said.
